Limitation of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE FOUNDATION BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT MAY ARISE FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS SITE. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, the Foundation’s liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law, or the amount paid for your order, whichever is less.

The American Foundation for the University of British Columbia (the “Foundation”) reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion and without sending notice to you, so you should review this Privacy Policy periodically.
